About the event
2020 has seen many challenges, whether it be drought, fire, flood or a pandemic, we have certainly experienced it all.
Throughout the trials and tribulations our communities have banded together to support one another the best way we know how. With this in mind, the Rotary Club of Dubbo has been at the forefront to assist when required and have decided to bring to light the Positives of forced change by way of a amateur photography competition, which will also raise funds for our local community to prepare for better times ahead.
